Montfoort Stroopies

Montfoort is a Dutch family that resides in Wellington. These waffles are a handmade waffle biscuit with a gooey caramel in the middle. Tradionally eaten when put on top of your cup of tea or coffee and let the syrup go goooey. Just devine
