Koopmans Appeltaart

Thanks to Koopmans Appeltaart mix you can bake the most delicious Dutch apple pie in an instant.

Only add an egg and a little butter to this mix for apple pie. Knead the dough well and cover about two-thirds of the springform with it. Then top it all up with a mixture of fresh-sour apple cubes, a pinch of cinnamon and possibly currants or raisins. Make nice strips of dough from the remaining dough, which you place crosswise over the apple pie.

After this, the apple pie is ready to go into the oven! Just wait patiently until the apple pie is golden brown and enjoy!
