Best Ever Scone Premix 2kg
Baking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius
2. In a bowl, add water to scone pre-mix and mix quickly with a knife to a
solft dough, adding more water if needed
3. Press scone mix out on to a floured bench and cut into even-sized pieces
4. Place pieces on oven tray, brush tops with milk
5. Bake scones in the top half of the oven for about 10 mins
or until golden brown
Note: Allowing the cooked scones to cool on a rack will give you crisp crusts,
while covering them with a clean tea towel will give a soft scone.

milk powder, salt, dried glucose syrup, emulsifiers (471), stabiliser (469)
