Whole meal, Rye, Triticale & Maize.

We recommend using a percentage of white flour with this blend to achieve the perfect flavour and crumb for your baked goods.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Flour (50%), Spelt (25%), Rye (12.5%), Maize (12.5%)

Allergen Advice: Contains GLUTEN, WHEAT but no preservatives or additives.

It is recommended that this product not be consumed raw.
