1kg Millers Mix

Between millings of Wheat, Maize, Triticale and Rye there is a quantity of run through that is a mix of flours. This flour is known at mills everywhere as the "Millers Mix" 

Not every blend can be exactly the same but you can always guarantee the blend will be full of flavour and unique to your baked goods recipe. 

Millers Mix is VERY popular.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat, Maize, Triticale and Rye Flour.

It is recommended this product not be consumed raw.
